Welcome to Atelier APL

Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order after it has shipped?

All orders are processed and shipped from Montréal via Canada Post mailing services.

Because we cannot control their service in any way, Atelier APL may not be held responsible in any way for late or non-deliveries ( with no tracking information ).

We offer standard shipping in Canada for certain orders. For the USA and International, we also offer low cost shipping option ( Small Packet - USA, Small Packet - International and International parcel ).

If you choose one of the above mentioned shipping options, your package will be sent via regular mail with no tracking number.

NOTE: THE DELIVERY TIME ON THE TRACKING INFORMATION PAGE VIA CANADA POST IS AN ESTIMATION. THIS IS THE CARRIER’S BEST GUESS AT WHEN THE ORDER WILL ARRIVE.

If my order includes items that are currently available as well as pre-order products, when will my package be shipped?

Your package will be shipped as soon as all products within your order are ready and available. If you would like to have your items shipped as soon as they become available instead of waiting for all items to be shipped at the same time, we recommend that you place 2 separate orders.

How long will it take for my order to process?

Kindly allow us 2-3 days to process your order when payment is cleared. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order has been processed.

How will I know if my order was received and when it has shipped?

Customers will always receive an order and shipping confirmation emails. You'll be in the know throughout each step.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with your tracking number will be emailed to you. ( Available for tracked shipping options only )

Should I expect to pay duties and taxes?

This is possible, depending on your country. These fees vary from country to country and are out of our control, so they remain the responsibility of the parcel recipient. All questions regarding customs fees should be directed to your local customs office.
